Without admitting or denying the findings, Leary consented to the sanctions and to the entry of findings that he engaged in an unapproved outside business activity and provided inaccurate information on firm documents concerning that outside activity. The suspension is in effect from March 19, 2018, through May 18, 2018. (FINRA Case #2016051759301).
