March 26, 2018 – A Letter of Acceptance, Waiver and Consent (AWC) was issued in which Fawcett was barred from association with any FINRA member in all capacities. Without admitting or denying the findings, Fawcett consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that he failed to produce documents and information requested by FINRA, and failed to appear for on-the-record testimony, in connection with an investigation regarding his outside business activities.
