March 23, 2018 – A Letter of Acceptance, Waiver and Consent (AWC) was issued in which Giokas was barred from association with any FINRA member in all capacities. Without admitting or denying the findings, Giokas consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that he provided a partial response, but refused to provide any additional information and documents requested by FINRA in connection with an amended Form U5 filed by his member firm that stated that he had been charged with one count of felony fraud.
